Okay, this sounds bizarre even to me….but I have had dreams, some of them lucid, where I am someone else in the dream. I have their appearance,their name and their reality . I know that I am dreaming sometimes but I am them. They have been male or female, in the past and in other countries and circumstances. I have no idea at all why I dream as someone else…does anyone else have this odd experience??

I have had also similar dreams, being another person, other gender with memories, family, personality. It is somewhat strange feeling after waking up, like stepping in and out of an other person. Almost like am alternative reality..

I have had this experience rarely. It’s a curious thing, maybe we could ask for this experience specifically in the lucid state by projecting out our intention by shouting “Dream show me my other self!”
Or something like that, I’d like to hear if anyone tried this
